The Desert Room is the brand-new meeting room at the Hotel Imperial, located on the 4th floor: an air-conditioned, bright space with a large window letting in natural light, which can be almost completely darkened for presentations and screenings.
The auditorium is equipped with 60 comfortable armchairs with writing tablets (expandable to approximately 80 seats with additional seating)
Advanced features
It features a speakers’ desk and a full set of microphones (2 table microphones, 1 lavalier microphone and 1 headset microphone), an 85-inch 4K Ultra HD TV that can be connected to a PC, a stereo amplifier, a telephone and Wi-Fi internet access with a dedicated LAN cable on the speakers’ desk.
There is a handy cloakroom at the entrance.
On request, the room can be arranged in various ways, depending on the type of event and your requirements.
