Our Restaurant... Through the Seasons
The Hotel Imperial’s culinary offering follows the rhythm of the seasons, adapting elegantly to the different moods of the year.
From May to September, during the summer months, the restaurant welcomes guests with a full-board package, serving lunch and dinner in a refined and convivial setting, with sumptuous dishes thoughtfully crafted by our chef.
During March, April and May, the restaurant is open for à la carte dining, offering a more intimate and personalised experience, where every dish is prepared to order and enhanced by a careful selection of ingredients and pairings.
Whatever the season, our kitchen remains committed to the same goal: to offer a refined and consistent dining experience that always lives up to the high standards of hospitality that set the Hotel Imperial apart.

Every morning we welcome you with a generous buffet of sweet and savoury dishes, prepared using fresh, carefully selected ingredients, local specialities and homemade treats.
From the aroma of freshly baked pastries to savoury options, from fresh fruit to choices tailored to different dietary requirements, our breakfast is designed to help you start the day with flavour and energy.
And on fine summer days, the experience becomes even more special: you can enjoy breakfast by the pool, bathed in the morning light and surrounded by a pleasant holiday atmosphere.

Lunch & Dinner
For lunch and dinner, we offer a varied, comprehensive and incredibly fresh menu, featuring a selection of seafood dishes and local specialities. Our exceptionally generous buffets make every meal even more special: seasonal vegetables and starters, and a dessert table that’s sure to delight, featuring homemade desserts, ice cream, sorbets and a selection of fresh fruit.
All this is accompanied by an extensive and varied wine list, featuring local and national wines carefully selected to complement each course.
Sunday aperitif
Before taking your seat at the table, treat yourself to our poolside lunch aperitif. A refreshing and convivial moment that sets the tone for your dining experience with a light and flavourful touch. Sparkling wines, selected cocktails and small tasting dishes prepared by our kitchen offer a preview of the flavours on the menu, in a relaxed and bright atmosphere, especially on beautiful summer days. A delightful way to start your lunch at just the right pace: unhurried and in style.

Our wine list takes you on a journey through the finest Italian and French wines, featuring over 150 carefully selected labels to complement every moment at the table. From full-bodied reds to the most refined sparkling wines, via fresh, aromatic whites and prestigious French houses, each selection is chosen to enhance the flavours of our cuisine and offer a complete and harmonious experience.
Special attention for every guest
We look after you at mealtimes too. We offer tasty and healthy options for those with specific dietary requirements: coeliac disease, food intolerances or allergies, as well as preferences such as vegetarian or vegan diets. For little ones, we are happy to adapt our menu to suit their needs, with care and flexibility, and where necessary, we can help prepare baby food.
